Grandpa knows how much I love trains so he decided to surprise me and take me on a real train ride. The train picked us up in Cumberland and dropped us off for a little while in Putnam CT. It was nice to look out the window and see how beautiful the trees looked. It was also very cool to watch everything as we drove by. When we arrived in Putnam, we walked around for a little while and then went to a craft fair. Shortly after that everyone got back on the train and off we went back to Cumberland. I had so much fun on my first train ride. Thank you Grandpa & Grandma Rose. I love you!
We like to have lunch here. It's a little sandwich shop called Jessica's. They have delicious strawberry lemonade with real strawberries in it.
